Our company was incorporated with the Registrar of Companies on 29.07.1968 as Sri Narayan Rajkumar Merchants Private Limited with registration certificate issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal vide Registration Certificate No. 027338 with two subscribers to the Memorandum of Association with the object of finance and trading business. Subsequently, the fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained by the company on 17.11.1994 changing the name of the company from Sri Narayan Rajkumar Merchants Private Limited to Sri Narayan Rajkumar Merchants Limited.
Our company is a NBFC registered with the RBI to carry out NBFC activities under Section 45IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 bearing Registration No. 05.01030. We operate as a Non Deposit taking Non-Banking Finance Company engaged primarily in the business of advancing loans and investing/trading in securities.
Our Company has been able to give the significant upward performance in terms of Sales, Profitability from the last five years.
